This is the third review of this item I have done on Esty about this product, because I was originally so delighted to find Carabinieri dress jackets in my size, 56XL (I am 6’8” and 330 pounds), I couldn’t resist something being offered in my US size. I therefore bought several batches of these jackets before getting the first set of them. Bad decision. Although they were advertised in US sizes, in fact the actual jackets were made in EUROPEAN sizes. I was very foolish to believe the seller’s ad. If you read the ad closely, you will not find any mention of how they are sized, and that many of the sizes offered on Esty are totally useless to US buyers. I cannot even put on the ones I bought from this seller, even though they should be a little big on me. I believe that this ad should be removed from Esty.

This is my second review of this item, since I was originally so thrilled to find (I believed) these jackets in very large US sizes. I first bought a couple in size 52 XL, but I was also foolish enough to buy more in even larger sizes before receiving the first ones I bought. Net net, even though they were advertised on a U.S. auction site, Esty, in US sizes, in fact these were actually sized in EUROPEAN sizes. Try to find that little fact included in the item description on Esty. The ones I bought were sold as 52XL US, but in fact were about a U.S. size 42, or medium large. I was pretty angry at being deceived by the seller so badly.

I was absolutely appalled and severely disappointed when I finally received the Italian Carabinieri jackets I ordered from this seller on Esty in US size 56. I am 6’8” tall and I was originally really delighted to find these jackets in my size on Esty. The seller was selling these jackets in a large range of sizes, including 52 Extra-Long to 60 Long U.S., which meant that the jackets I bought should fit me perfectly, with room to spare. I bought a bunch of these in size 56 Extra Long because this was clearly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. When I opened the package after it finally arrived from Lithuania, I discovered I had been badly mislead as to the size of the jackets. They were all in EUROPEAN sizes, not US. They are all so ridiculously small I literally couldn’t even put them on.
