Nicely detailed and excellent sewing. Beautifully made for uniform wear - as is usual. Sizing runs small but reasonable, slim. Young man's 38-40 US. Burn-test indicates that it is 1OO% texturized Nylon (wooly handfeel) . Hand Wash Warm. Tumble dry low - better Yet, hand wash and dry on plastic hanger (drip dry). Warm iron. Removable buttons. Fabric is utilitarian and sturdy. Very handsome. Great "all-season topper".
