Average:

I normally fit an XL, sometimes a Large if it is intended to go over, or under as is the case with this one, and is therefore generously cut. It turns out that a size medium M65 liner is definitely loose enough for me, whew! The other of the two positive surprises is that unlike the battleship grey in the listing's images, the one I got is even better as an extremely deep/dark pine green that is technically not black, but oh so close, not a boring olive drab like most garments from mil. surplus. I'll probably order another and sew them together along all the edges, pile side to pile side, thus ensuring that this is the heated loungewear equivalent of a Victorian furnace, and sooo damn comfy! The sleeves are definitely way too short, only mid-forearm max., but I can easily sew on extending stretchy cuffs, no worries there.
