Condition: 10/10. Like new, just as the description. Customer Service: 10/10. The seller first listed the wrong set of measurement, so I bought the wrong size. They have been nothing but extremely communicative, and helpful. Expectations: do not expect this to wear like a conventional double breasted blazer. You will find the buttons arrangement to be quite off center, no matter how you button it. Even with the seller's help, the replacement was still a bit small on my shoulder. Stick to the measurement on jackets that fit you, boys and girls.
